A Cabau subscription ensures that you always have your favorite Cabau goodie at home. You can choose to have one or more products delivered to your home every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. You also save 15% with every delivery!

How does a Cabau subscription work?

Is there one or are there several Cabau products you order regularly? Then choose a subscription and save. You decide which products and flavors you receive. You can also choose the frequency. We make sure that your product(s) is/are delivered to you

How can I access the self-service portal?

You can easily manage your subscription yourself in the self-service portal. When you close your first subscription, you will receive an email from us within 1 to 5 minutes. This email contains a link to access your account. Keep this link or email s

I want to deviate from the 4/6/8 week frequency, is that possible?

Yes, certainly! You can adjust the frequency of your order yourself in a convenient portal. Do you need your product(s) earlier or later? Easily change the delivery date in the portal, so you get your stock at the right time.

How do I determine my subscription delivery date?

Do you prefer the first of the month, or always on a Monday - this is possible. Always decide when you receive your order.

Can I add or remove products to my subscription?

Can I change the flavour?

What payment methods are available for subscriptions?

To make it as easy as possible for everyone, you can take out your Cabau subscription in different ways. For example, it is possible to pay with iDEAL or credit card.

Where do I find my invoice for my subscription?

In the self-service portal you can easily find and download all your invoices.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can easily cancel your subscription yourself in the self-service portal. This means you will not be stuck with your subscription longer than you want.

I am going on vacation or want to temporarily pause or skip the subscription, is that possible?

In the self-service portal you can decide when the next delivery will take place. Are you going on vacation or do you still have enough Cabau products in stock? Change the desired delivery date to a time of your choosing.
